Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return Email us at support@getpawsmart.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
