✅ Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for unused, unopened, and undamaged products.
- Opened/used products are eligible for return only if defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

📝 Return Process
- Contact us at support@getpawsmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return shipping label and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us, and we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

💰 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any return shipping fees (if applicable).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

🚫 Exclusions
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Return requests received after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
